1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ceelo NY mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your account, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Entertainment only; no gambling
Ceelo NY is a social entertainment game. Virtual chips, points, rankings, and other in-app items:
- have no real-world monetary value;
- cannot be purchased for cash unless a future feature is expressly offered under separate terms;
- cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for money or anything of value; and
- do not create any ownership interest.
Real-money gambling, side betting, solicitation of wagers, or using the Services to arrange cash games is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized software, harass others, impersonate another person, post unlawful or abusive content, disrupt the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services for commercial gambling or illegal activity.
5. Virtual items and gameplay
We may adjust game rules, virtual-chip balances, rewards, rankings, and features to maintain fairness, address errors, or improve the Services. Virtual items are licensed, not sold. We may limit, suspend, or remove virtual items when reasonably necessary.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, designs, graphics, logos, characters, text, audio, and game presentation, are owned by or licensed to Ceelo NY and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for noncommercial entertainment.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or harmed the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceelo NY and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Services.
